§ 01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk388" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at pk388.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and digital services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a pk388 account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the pk388 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and credited to their pk388 Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by pk388 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the pk388 Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which pk388 holds its international gaming licence.

§ 02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk388. By accessing the pk388 Platform in any capacity — whether to browse, register, deposit, wager, or withdraw — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

pk388 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

§ 03 Eligibility & Registration

Access to the pk388 Platform and all real-money services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the pk388 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.

§ 04 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the pk388 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk388 login credentials. pk388 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify pk388 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

pk388 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

• Players must keep their registered contact details current and accurate at all times.
• Account sharing with any third party is prohibited.
• Players must not allow minors to access their pk388 Account under any circumstances.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule.

§ 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the pk388 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. pk388 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's pk388 Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take one to two business days to reflect. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations.

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of the pk388 KYC verification process. Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and wager but will not be permitted to withdraw funds until all required documents have been reviewed and approved. pk388 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Allied Bank): Within 1 business day of approval.
• USDT TRC20: Within 2 hours of approval, subject to blockchain network conditions.

pk388 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processor fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Player. pk388 will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or blockchain network congestion.

§ 06 Bonuses & Promotions

pk388 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion description at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all pk388 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• Where a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, Real Money funds will be used first for wagering unless otherwise specified.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games including baccarat, roulette, and Dragon Tiger may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• pk388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

§ 07 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the pk388 Platform is governed by the following general rules, which apply alongside any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk388 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — in the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or postponed, settlement rules follow the standard cricket betting protocols displayed in the relevant market rules.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of a match. pk388 accepts no liability for bets placed on temporarily suspended markets that were incorrectly displayed as available.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• pk388 reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict market access for individual accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of pricing errors or unusual betting patterns.

Results and settlements are determined based on official sources, including governing body statistics and verified match data feeds. pk388's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject to any formal dispute process outlined in Section 16.

§ 08 Casino Games

All casino games available on the pk388 Platform — including live baccarat, live roulette, Dragon Tiger, blackjack, slot titles, and all other game types — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of any pk388 system and cannot be influenced by pk388 or the Player.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the individual game information panel. Players acknowledge that casino games involve an element of chance and that past outcomes have no bearing on future results.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game's standard rules. pk388 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection or device.
• Game history records are maintained for a minimum period of 90 days and are available upon request through pk388 customer support.
• pk388 reserves the right to void any casino game round where a technical malfunction has materially affected the game outcome.

§ 09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk388 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the pk388 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or chargeback abuse.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk388 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

§ 10 Suspension & Termination

pk388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pk388 has reason to believe the Player is engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require pk388 to restrict or terminate access.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the pk388 Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established and closure is at pk388's discretion, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting pk388 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

§ 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pk388's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk388 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond pk388's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures and force majeure events — may temporarily affect Platform availability. pk388 accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

§ 12 Responsible Gaming

pk388 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible directly from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic logouts after a defined period of play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month self-exclusion, during which your Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of the duration and cost of your current session.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek support from recognised problem gambling organisations. pk388 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Players displaying at-risk behaviour.

§ 13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by pk388 is governed by the pk388 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an Account, you consent to pk388 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — direct marketing communications.

pk388 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

§ 14 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk388 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, interface design, and brand identifiers — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk388 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk388 content without prior written consent from pk388.

§ 15 Amendments to Terms

pk388 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk388 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographic corrections, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pk388.bet/terms-conditions. The Effective Date at the top of this document reflects the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the pk388 Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

§ 16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk388 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the pk388 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to pk388 customer support in writing, providing full details of the disputed transaction or event. pk388 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aims to provide a full written response within 10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
